1, All listing information is provided in good faith, however as the information provided is maintained directly by the advertiser Choicetravelinfo.com do not warrant that the information provided is accurate.
2, It is the Advertisers responsibility to ensure that the information provided is as accurate as possible, legal and decent and complies with UK Law including the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 (covering false descriptions) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (covering misleading prices).
3, It is the Advertisers responsibility to ensure that the information they supply does not breach any copyright or trade mark. Choicetravelinfo.com will not be held responsible for any such breaches.
4, It is the advertisers responsibility to ensure that they have the right to reproduce any logos, photographs or digital images supplied to us. Choicetravelinfo.com will not be held responsible for claims arising out of any copyright violations.
5, Choicetralinfo.com will take every care to faithfully reproduce the text, photographs, prices and contact details provided. We will not however be held responsible for any loss arising out of any errors or omission on our part.

We do however reserve the right to remove any web addresses or hyperlinks that must link to the owners site.. Advertisers are not permitted to enter web addresses or hyperlinks to other accommodation directories, car hire companies, flights, travel insurance etc. We reserve the right to remove any web address or link.
8, In extreme cases Choicetravelinfo.com reserves the right to remove any listings. Circumstances which may lead to such action include but are not limited to persistent breaches of advertising terms, misuse of online systems. attempts to include unsuitable materiel. We may also terminate listings if we were to receive a significant number of substantiated complaints relating to misrepresentation of a property or its surroundings. In any such circumstances payment will be retained in full.
9, An Advertiser may at any time during the course of the period of their subscription delete or permanently remove their property from the website this can be done via the users online portfolio manager, or alternatively by contacting Choicetravelinfo.com who after verifying the confirmation will remove the listing on your behalf. Payment will be retained in full.
10, Choicetravelinfo.com will endeavor to approve listing within 24 hours . However, if we are receiving a large volume of requests approval may take longer. We are not able to guarantee response times.
11, Choicetravelinfo.com will endeavor to ensure that the website is available to be used on the internet at all times. However some breaks in service are inevitable, we are therefore unable to guarantee complete access to the site.
12, Choicetravelinfo.com will not be held responsible for any losses or damages however incurred in connection with advertising on Choicetravelinfo.com.
